Our bags are unpacked, and the garden is offering a beautiful spot to rest a little after unpacking all of our purchases from the buying trip. Our website server was attacked {who does stuff like that?} but thank goodness everything is back to normal again. Tomorrow the "real life" starts again after our little break.
I have a love {okay, sort of an obsession!} with Cherubs and Roses. Like the ones here. The Roses {the ones I used for these shots are mostly Edens} and the Hydrangeas are in full bloom, my favorites! I piled some of them in the Cherub Urns for the photos...aren't they glorious?

Welcome back! Your roses are so blushingly beautiful. I haven't heard if Rue has ordered anything yet. Will be curious to see what she chooses for her new-to-her house.

Hi Lidy,
What gorgeous goodies you found and those roses are beyond beautiful. I had the same problem with my petite website too. Enjoy the rest of your weekend, I plan to... now back to the breezes blowing through the house and roasting the chicken with Spring asparagus. Ahhh, the good life!

Hydrangeas are my favorite. I just love how full they are, like cotton candy almost. The blue variety are my fave.

Good to have you back Lidy!
Your roses are gorgeous! Have a great day!
Beautiful flowers. I once bought a huge, ex-display, papier mache cherub, and brought it home on top of our son's pram hood - a very convenient method of transport. My mother was horrified but my husband and I both loved it for years! It had to go when we moved to France, but we miss its rather over the top presence.
Be still my ♥ !
Jen

Gorgeous!!! I love cherubs too and climbing Eden roses are my FAV!!! I'm posting a photo of a small bouquet of them on my blog tomorrow. My bush is still small but I cannot wait until it gets big enough to produce as many roses as you have!!! I'm so happy I came by to visit your blog...those photos just did so much for me!
Oh Lidy...you were the little luxury I allowed myself this evening...sitting down with a sip of chilled wine and luxuriating in your photos. I feel as though i have been so away from it all! And, miracles of miracles, you have named the roses i have been trying to find! I love those pale pink and green roses beyond anything, and had promised a friend I would find out what they were. You are a wonder...
Those are some breathtaking roses, Lidy.
